Director
I joined the Eukarya family in 2020 with 13 years of experience in professional child care and education, in addition to studying early childhood development and education. This experience covers a multitude of circumstances that include: working as an aide and/or lead teacher for children from infancy to school age, filling the assistant director role in a center, and being a substitute teacher for Frederick County Public Schools. I am grateful to combine a continued improvement of knowledge and experience with the leaders and providers of King’s Cubs, delivering excellence in the care and early education provided daily. I sincerely enjoy connecting with our families, celebrating the joys of life and praying through the struggles of it alongside them. Please stop by the office and say Hi! anytime!
Victoria Albers

Hi! My name is Victoria Albers. I am 22 years old and was born on Long Island, New York. My family moved to Virginia in 2005 and I’ve been here ever since. I am a proud cat mom of two fur babies. In my free time I enjoy traveling, nature, and going on walks.
I joined the Eukarya family in 2020 with 2 years of experience in child care, in addition to being a lifelong babysitter/nanny. From the neighbors' kids to my own cousins I have always loved caring for children. I started as a teachers assistant and quickly fell in love with the field. When I found Eukarya my options became limitless, I went from assisting to taking on my own class.
Eventually I was called to be a part of the supervisor team and then finally, the leadership team. I have now been Assistant Director for about a year and a half. I’m thankful for the opportunity to work with families from all around the area. I hope to connect with you in the future!
